Make all external links target=blank

Since this plugin creates so many links away from my site, it would be nice if they would all open in a new window, so my site remains open in the background. Right now only WalkScore links open in a new window, everything else opens in the same window. Nofollow would be nice, too.

        The branding links at the bottom of each chunk of content now open in a new new tab / window. I'll look into making all the external links do the same. I definitely can't do nofollow though because most of the API implementation agreements specifically forbid that :) They paid for / continue to pay for the development of the plugin as well and so it wouldn't be fair to them anyway.
